Step 02
Staging, and Pricing
Our team stages each room to sell and prices everything with care. High-value and specialized pieces are handled by our certified appraisers, credentialed through the Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA), with outside specialists brought in as needed. Antiques and collections are valued accurately and transparently.
Step 03
The Estate Sale
We staff and run the sale from open to close. You don't have to be there, and you don't have to manage a thing. We handle the crowds, the transactions, and the day-of details while your belongings find new homes at fair market value.
Step 04
Post-Sale Financial True-Up
Whatever remains can be handled for you. If you opt for it, we can coordinate donations, route items to secondary auction markets where it makes sense, and arrange responsible disposal for the rest.
Step 05
The Optional Clean-Out
If you choose it, we clear the home completely and leave it clean and empty. The day we finish, it's ready to photograph and list. You hand the keys to your realtor without lifting a box.

If you'd rather manage the leftovers yourself after the sale, that's fine too. Our standard service covers the sale itself, and the post-sale removal and clean-out are add-on services you can choose at your consultation.
